Celeste Maria Schueler holds a BA and MFA from Mississippi University for Women. Her poems have appeared in FERAL, Rooted Magazine, Stone Circle Review, The Institutionalized Review, and Creative Colloquy. She has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and taught creative writing at Western Oklahoma State College. She has taught poetry workshops with the Tacoma Public Library and worked with Voices of Tacoma. Originally from the Mississippi Delta, she lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and twin daughters. Peonies of Resurrection is her debut poetry collection.
